class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The Quality Management System (QMS)<\/strong> is a set of policies, processes, and procedures implemented at the biobank to ensure that our products and services consistently comply with applicable regulations and researchers&#8217; requirements, and to continuously improve our performance. These requirements are focused on user satisfaction, addressing and responding to the needs of stakeholders like donors, clinical professionals, patient associations, researchers, and society.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In 2013, CIBERER Biobank obtained the ISO 9001:2008 certification, and in 2017, its QMS was successfully recertified under ISO
